In the summer of 2017, FSVS  implemented Tracker 8, a new online case system.  As of October 1, 2017, we no longer accept paper-based requests.

Your Department Administrator will start a Service Request with your FSVS Visa Specialist to begin processing your case.  As part of processing you will receive your personal link to the system.

In Tracker 8 you will be able to upload information and documents, and follow progress of your case.
