Once your Visa Specialist informs you that a case has been opened in Tracker, they will confirm which government fees are needed for the case. These fees must be provided as departmental checks. Internal reqs cannot be used, as the checks will be sent directly to the USCIS Service Center. Please refer to and include the following USCIS Fee Schedule when submitting check requests.

All filing fees must be made payable to: “U.S. Department of Homeland Security” (vendor #60787-0).

The current USCIS filing fees are:

H-1B Specialty Occupation 

H-1B Initial (First H-1B Petition with USC): $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; $460 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker Fee; and $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee

H-1B Extension (Continuation of H-1B employment with USC): $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; and $460 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker Fee

O-1 Extraordinary Ability or Achievement: $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; and $460 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker Fee

E-3 Specialty Occupation professionals from Australia: $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; and $460 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker Fee

(Please note that individuals applying for an E-3 visa directly at a U.S. Consulate without the filing of a petition to USCIS will not require the fee noted above.)

TN NAFTA Professionals: $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; and $460 Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker Fee

(Please note that Canadian nationals applying for TN admission through pre-flight inspection or at a designated U.S. Port of Entry and Mexican nationals applying for a TN visa directly at a U.S. Consulate without the filing of a petition will not require the fees noted above.)

I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition: $2,805 Premium Processing Fee; and $700 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker Fee
